Agreement Between User & Siratel
By accessing Siratel’s website, portal, or API services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.
Usage Conditions
- You shall not use Siratel services for illegal, fraudulent, or spam-related purposes.
- You are responsible for securing your API key and user credentials.
- You must comply with local telecom, DLT, and data privacy regulations.
Service Availability
While we strive for 99.99% uptime, occasional downtimes for maintenance or third-party issues may occur. We will always inform clients proactively.
Payment Terms
- Prepaid billing is required for all services unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices must be cleared within due timelines to avoid service suspension.
Modifications
Siratel reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
