Fair & Transparent Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and cancellations.

Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time by emailing accounts@siratel.com
For prepaid credits, cancellations will not affect used quota or current billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for unused credits or technical delivery failures caused from Siratel’s end (subject to review).
No refunds will be granted for promotional usage or trial accounts.

Processing Time

Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
