Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Specialist with a proven track record in selling Global Messaging solutions, including SMS, WhatsApp Business API, and Voice services. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a deep understanding of the CPaaS ecosystem and experience navigating international markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new enterprise clients, and managing strategic relationships across
multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for messaging solutions (SMS,WhatsApp, Voice) across international markets.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients through outbound and inbound channels.
- Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional needs and messaging regulations.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and product capabilities.
- Provide market feedback to the product team for continuous improvement andinnovation.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings globally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5+ years of sales experience in international B2B environments, with at least 2+ years in CPaaS, Messaging, or Telecom services.
- Deep understanding of global messaging protocols and platforms: SMS (A2P/P2P), WhatsApp Business API, and Voice solutions.
- Proven success in selling to enterprise clients, with a focus on consultative and solution-based sales.
- Familiarity with messaging compliance and regulations in key international markets (e.g., GDPR, DLT, etc.).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
